2. Eligibility

By using the Store, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• If you order for an organization or another person, you are authorized to do so

3. Your Account

You sign in to the Store using a one-time password (OTP). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your OTPs and account access confidential
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

4. Our Services

Through the Store, you can:

• Buy Digital Signature Certificates from the Certifying Authorities listed on the Store
• Buy USB tokens for storing your certificate
• Add a support plan for help with setup and use, where offered
• Track your application, certificate, and delivery

5. Role of the Certifying Authority

FinPulz is not a Certifying Authority. Certificates are issued by Certifying Authorities licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) under the Information Technology Act, 2000. FinPulz helps you order, prepare, and submit your application.

The Certifying Authority decides whether to approve your application and issue a certificate. Its own terms, subscriber agreement, and certification practices also apply to you and to your certificate.

6. Application, Documents, and KYC

To receive a certificate, you agree that you will:

• Provide genuine, accurate, and complete details and documents for each certificate holder
• Have the consent of each certificate holder and organization you apply for
• Complete video KYC and any other checks the Certifying Authority requires
• Correct or re-upload details and documents when asked

Delays in providing documents or completing KYC can delay your certificate. Timelines shown on the Store are estimates and also depend on the Certifying Authority.

7. Using Your Certificate

The certificate holder is responsible for:

• Keeping the USB token, PIN, and private key secure and under their control
• All documents signed with the certificate
• Asking the Certifying Authority to revoke the certificate if it is lost or compromised
• Renewing the certificate before it expires, because it cannot be used to sign after expiry

8. Prices and Payment

Prices depend on the certificate and add-ons you choose. GST, shipping, and any other applicable charges are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways, and your order begins processing once payment is confirmed.

9. Coupons and FinPulz Coins

Coupons and FinPulz Coins are subject to the conditions shown with them, such as eligibility, usage limits, and expiry. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, and we may change or withdraw them in line with those conditions.

10. Shipping and Delivery

USB tokens are delivered by courier partners to the shipping address you provide, so please check it carefully. Delivery times are estimates. You can track your shipment from your order page.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false, forged, or misleading information or documents
• Apply for a certificate in another person's name without authorization
• Use the Store or a certificate for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with, the Store

We may suspend or terminate access, or refuse an order, if these Terms are breached.

13. Intellectual Property

The content on the Store, including text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to FinPulz Private Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without written permission.

14. Data Privacy

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal information and documents.

15. Store Availability

We work to keep the Store available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or disruptions to third-party services.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinPulz is not liable for:

• A Certifying Authority's decision to reject, delay, suspend, or revoke a certificate
• Losses from incorrect information or documents you provide
• Misuse of a certificate, USB token, or PIN
• Losses caused by third-party service providers
• Technical errors or service interruptions

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continuing to use the Store means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Store are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
