1.2 DSC Application Information

To apply for a DSC, a Certifying Authority requires us to collect details and documents for each certificate holder. Depending on the certificate and applicant type, these may include:

• Passport size photo
• PAN card
• Aadhaar
• Passport and address proof
• Applicant or authorized signatory ID cards
• Application, video KYC, and certificate status details

1.3 Organization Information

For an organization certificate, we may also collect:

• Organization PAN card and GST certificate
• Registration certificate, MOA & AOA or bye-laws, and partnership deed
• Authorized signatory letter or board resolution
• IEC certificate, bank statement, and ITR or financial statements, where required

1.4 Order and Payment Information

• Items ordered, prices, coupons, and FinPulz Coins used
• Payment status and transaction references
• Shipment and delivery details

Payments are processed by our payment gateways. You enter your card, UPI, or bank details with them, and we receive the payment result and reference.

1.5 Device and Usage Information

When you use the Store, we may automatically collect:

• IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type
• Pages visited and actions taken on the Store
• Log files and diagnostic information

2. How We Use Your Information

• Creating and managing your account, including login with a one-time password (OTP)
• Processing DSC orders and payments
• Checking your details and documents, and submitting your application to the Certifying Authority
• Helping you complete video KYC and certificate download
• Dispatching USB tokens and tracking delivery
• Providing the support plan you selected and responding to your questions
• Generating invoices and meeting tax and legal requirements
• Sending order updates and service messages
• Sending marketing communications, with your consent, through channels including SMS, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, and Voice
• Detecting fraud, keeping the Store secure, and improving our Services

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in and remember your preferences
• Analyze Store traffic and usage
• Measure which advertising campaigns and referrals brought you to the Store

For this we record campaign and click identifiers from the link you followed, the referring website, the first page you visited, your device type, and random identifiers stored in your browser. We link these to your account and orders. Our analytics and advertising tools include Google services.

• Certifying Authorities you select, such as eMudhra, Capricorn, or VSign, which verify applications and issue certificates under their own policies
• Payment gateways, such as Razorpay and Cashfree, to process payments and refunds
• Verification providers, to verify details such as your GSTIN
• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver USB tokens
• Service providers for cloud hosting, messaging, analytics, advertising, and customer support
• Legal authorities, when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of application documents, access controls, and security monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services, support your certificate, comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Application records may need to be retained after your order is completed or cancelled.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Store may link to third-party websites and services, including Certifying Authority video KYC pages. These operate under their own privacy policies, and FinPulz is not responsible for their practices.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing or marketing
